Trial Class Terms & Conditions
1. This voucher is valid for 1 child, unless explicitly stated otherwise, and shall not be used for additional participants.
2. Reservation for the session is mandatory and subject to availability. Please select a date 2 weeks in advance to secure your slot.
3. Sessions are subjected to availability and may have limited slots. Reservation is is deemed right and available at the time of purchase.
4. No shows (failure to attend a booked session without prior notice) will not be entertained. Please ensure attendance or reschedule your session by contacting our host in advance if unable to attend.5. No cancellation is allowed after booking & payment are made; however, we offer a flexible amendment policy; you can amend (reschedule) your booking 24 hours prior to the booked date & time.
6. Subject to availability, rescheduled session is within 30 days. However, rescheduling is dependent on available slots.
7. For activity without a specific date, please utilize the voucher within 30 days. Failing to do so will result in an expired voucher.
8. Payment made for voucher is not refundable.
9. All bookings made using the voucher are subject to terms and conditions, which may vary and are applicable at the time of booking.
